The Studio
Where every piece is made by hand.
The Craft
Small Batches. Patient Hands.
A workbench in Waxhaw, North Carolina.

Step 1
Pouring
Our jar candles are hand-poured with soy wax and set with a wooden wick, one small batch at a time.
Step 2
Dipping
Ritual tapers are dipped by hand, left with their natural wax drips and finished with dried botanicals.
Step 3
Cutting
Each soap begins with its own base — aloe vera, goat milk, shea butter, or goat milk and glycerin — then is cut and finished by hand.
Step 4
Gathering
Bath soaks and incense are gathered, measured and wrapped at the same workbench, around each collection's three botanical notes.
The Process
From Wax to Label
01
Choosing
Each batch starts with the collection: its scent, its ingredients and its intention.
02
Making
Ingredients are weighed, the wax is melted and watched for temperature, then the fragrance is blended in and poured.
03
Resting
Soy candles cure for about one to two weeks; handmade incense dries for a week or more.
04
Finishing
Every piece is checked, labeled and wrapped by hand.
We work in small batches, usually just a few candles at a time, so every step gets our full attention.
The Craft
Crafting the Soaps
Each bar is poured, set with dried botanicals and cut by hand, then wrapped in its collection band.

Curing on the Shelf
Finished pieces rest on our shelves, from candles and soaps to incense laid out to dry, before they are labeled and sent to you.

Botanicals, by the Jar
Dried rose petals, lavender, calendula, chamomile, sage and more line our shelves. We blend them into bath soaks, press them into soaps and use them to finish our candles.
